Pricing

Quoted per campaign,
not off a rate card.

A single agent dialling SMB contractors and a three-seat team selling $80k enterprise software are not the same job, and a published price would be wrong for one of them. Tell us what you sell and to whom — you’ll have real numbers within one business day.

How we price

Flat monthly, per dedicated agent

No per-minute billing and no surprise line items, in any of the five structures. Billed at 160 hours per agent per month. We staff 173 — the difference is absence and PTO cover, at no charge.

Five ways to buy

We’ll recommend one and explain why.

  • Three managed retainer tiers, by depth of service
  • Hybrid — lower base plus a fee per qualified meeting
  • Pay per appointment, offered after a 90-day pilot
  • Volume pricing from three seats up

What we commit to

The distinction that decides whether this works.

  • Dials, connects, conversations and adherence — contractual
  • Appointments and show rate — benchmarks, because they depend on your offer and list
  • Anyone guaranteeing conversion is padding the price
Before you ask

What is a meeting actually worth to you?

Your deal value and close rate decide whether any of this makes sense. Work it out here first — then the pricing conversation is about return, not about cost.

What one meeting is worth to you$2,400
Pipeline from 30 meetings$360,000
Revenue once those close$72,000
Annual run rate at this pace$864,000

Read this as a model, not a forecast. Pipeline is every meeting at full deal value — opportunity created, not money banked. Revenue is the share of it your own close rate says will land, and it lands over your sales cycle rather than inside the month the meetings were booked, so the return always arrives later than the spend does. The run rate assumes you sustain this volume for twelve months.

Meeting volume of 20–35 per agent per month is our typical range, but your real number depends on your list and your offer far more than on our dialing — which is why we quote per campaign instead of publishing a rate.

If that number is worth having, the next question is whether we can deliver the volume. Tell us what you’re selling and we’ll put real figures against it inside one business day.
