YRC Customer Care texts

YRC Call Center & Marketing (Your Resource Consultants Inc.) offers customer care by text message at (301) 969-9659. You start the conversation by texting that number; we never text you first. We reply to your questions and send messages about the enquiry or call you raise with us in that conversation: answers to your questions, booking confirmations and changes. Texting us is optional and never a condition of any purchase.

We do not send marketing texts, and we never buy, sell or share your number for marketing.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your conversation, usually a few messages per enquiry. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us; we will confirm and send nothing further. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@yrccallcenter.com or (301) 969-9659.

Other terms

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Replies may be written by our AI assistant and reviewed by our team.
• Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
